Andy Matuschak started a thread on Twitter collecting up books that are primarily for and read on the web. There are a bunch of great examples in the thread and in the replies.

A few days back, I tried making a variation of this pan-fried sesame garlic tofu Recipes. I’ve longed for a nice, crispy tofu and the approach here (squeeze the water from the tofu, coat in cornstarch) worked!
